Returns Policy

We generally accept unused product returns within 30 days after the delivery post mark date. After inspection by our staff, unused product refunds will be processed promptly. If you receive defective product, we will also pay the return shipping costs. Items that are used, broken, or returned after 30 days may receive a partial refund at our discretion. Please contact us by phone or email us for refund instructions prior to returning any product.

Domestic Shipping Info

Shipping costs and delivery times depend upon the shipping option you choose. Prior to check out, TheToolingShop.com web site will query UPS for current shipping rates to your address. The total shipping charge will be displayed for your review, and added to your shopping cart. Please note that actual package weight may differ from the amount allocated by our database. We do this to streamline our shipping procedures. If at any time you feel that the UPS shipping rates are unreasonable, please call or contact us. We are both an online and offline tooling shop, and can arrange alternative shipping methods at our discretion.

We may call new customers to confirm your first order, company information, delivery address and other information at our discretion. New customers and large online orders may require signature upon delivery. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your product ships. Please print a copy of both your online purchase receipt and your email confirmation. Should a problem arise, it may be helpful to fax this information to us.
